The biggest complaint about budgeting is that it is too hard and takes too much time. Look for something that not only does all of the above functions, but is also easy to use from the get-go. The forms should be intuitive, easy to identify the cells to fill in data, and easy to read print out report. Finally, my gauge of a truly excellent budgeting worksheet is to ask yourself, "Is this a report that I had be comfortable taking to a financial planner, banker, or other professional for further advice or coaching?" If the answer is yes, then you have done a good job!

At the end of the month, this will give you an exact amount of money that you spend in all categories.
But another person used the stairs to reach the same floor. This person found it very easy and reach there with little effort. Compare this person to a student who knows all the basic concepts learned in elementary grades. To learn grade six or grade seven math for this student will be easy. But there is another student in grade six and does not know the lower grade math concepts such as, times tables, factors or number system. This will include counting to ten, recognizing shapes and colors, being able to hold a pencil or crayon properly, and coloring in without scribbling. By the time your child is ready for kindergarten or school, they should be able to recognize their own name and other simple written words. The sounds of each letter of the alphabet should be familiar to your child, and they should understand the principle of reading from left to right, which way to hold a book, and possibly even be starting to read three and four-letter words.
